Sometimes less is more. Our Farm to Table menu is all about the produce. Locally sourced vegetables, fruits, and salads are complimented by interesting but approachable protein options. For $15 per person, choose two protein options and up to three vegetable and fruit options. People following plant based diets love this menu because the vegetables are the star, not the side-act. This menu is also great for paleo and carb-conscious groups, is almost completely gluten free, and can be built to suit an array of budgets and events.

Chicken, Meat and Fish Entrées

Roasted Chicken: Lemon sage chicken roasted on the bone and carved fresh

Herb Grilled Chicken: Boneless skinless breasts grilled with herbs and finished with lemon

Meatloaf: 100% prime U.S. ground beef served with onion gravy

Cedar Plank Salmon (+$2): in our miso mustard marinade and roasted on cedar planks

Ahi Tuna Poke (+$3.50): Sushi grade tuna cured with ginger, tamari, and citrus; mixed with green onion, sesame seeds, and chopped peanuts

Roast Beef (+$4 per person): American Akaushi beef, garlic and rosemary rubbed and slow roasted

Hot Vegetables

Leafy Vegetables: Cabbages, kales, broccolis, cauliflowers, and other things that grow on the ground

Root Vegetables: Carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, and other vegetables that grow underground

Vine Vegetables: Our most seasonal offerings, everything from peppers to peas, squashes to green beans, whatever is at the market!

Cold Vegetables and Fruits

Green Salad: Local organic lettuces with rainbow carrots, cucumber, and the best tomatoes we can find, served with chef’s choice of familiar and creative dressings

Caesar Salad: Little gem lettuce, grilled Napa cabbage, shredded carrots and tomatoes, served with a side of caesar dressing, herb dressing, crispy parmesan cheese, and croutons

Fruit Salad:We take our fruit salad very seriously.  You can expect an array of hand picked local fruit in peak season, as well as choice imported tropical and exotic fruits when they are at their very best.

Mini Salad Bar (+$2): A “deluxe” version of our green salad, complimented by 2-3 composed salads featuring local seasonal produce, as well as assorted house made dressings

Farmer’s Market Salad Bar (+$4): Two lettuces, at least 8 toppings, and assorted dressings.  Think “Thanksgiving” but it’s everything you want to try at your neighborhood farmer’s market.

Vegetarian Options

Vegan Grilled Chick’n: Gardein brand soy and wheat substitute rubbed with garlic oil and herbs

“Beyond” Vegetarian Meatloaf: Beyond Meat crumble, eggs, oat flour, aromatic vegetables and herbs

Seared Tofu: Spice rubbed extra firm tofu, seared golden brown and sliced
